前几年,市政府将我家附近的臭水沟改造成人工河,去年又在河畔建成绿化带,近河那边栽一行垂柳,另一边栽两行柏树,中间铺供人们散步的甬路,甬路两边栽松、龙爪槐、腊梅、木槿、百日红等花木,也算个小小公园吧。从去年秋天开始,因养病呼吸新鲜空气的需要,这里成为我每天必去的地方。因施工单位原来未交工验收,小公园杂草疯长,甚至草比花木还高。秋天,野草渐黄时,我想,若不早点把草除掉,等草枯风燥,淘气娃子点一把火,花木便会被烧死。为此,我给有关部门打了两三次电话。第一次,一位管理人员竟不知我说的地方在什么位置,他们坐办公室,不下来看。我心想
