中国曲阜国际孔子文化节,是国家旅游局确定的国家级、国际性“中国旅游节庆精选”之一。由国家旅游局和山东省人民政府联合主办,济宁市人民政府、曲阜市人民政府联合承办。于每年孔子诞辰(公历9月28日)期间,即公历9月26日至10月10日,在中华民族始祖轩辕黄帝诞生地、孔子故乡、著名历史文化名城山东省曲阜市举行。孔子文化节是一项融纪念先哲、文化交流、旅游观光、学术研讨、经科贸旅合作于一体的丰富多彩、情趣盎然的大型综合性国际旅游节庆活动。每届活动期间,于9月26日举行隆重热烈、异彩纷呈的开幕式;9月28日在孔庙大成殿前举行孔子诞辰纪念集会,进行别开生面的祭孔
The Confucius Cultural Festival in Qufu, China is one of the national and international “Selected Chinese Tourism Festivals” established by the National Tourism Administration. By the National Tourism Administration and the Shandong Provincial People’s Government jointly sponsored by the People’s Government of Jining City, Qufu City People’s Government jointly hosted. During the annual Confucius birthday (September 28), the Gregorian calendar from September 26 to October 10, the birthplace of the throne of the ancestor of the Chinese Emperor Huangdi, the hometown of Confucius, the famous historical and cultural city of Qufu City, Shandong Province held. Confucius Culture Festival is a large-scale and comprehensive international tourism festivals commemorating the pioneer’s philosophy, cultural exchange, tourism and sightseeing, academic discussion, and the cooperation of Electronics, Trade and Tourism.
