酸性染料比色法测定钩吻及其制剂的总生物碱含量

采用酸性染色-溴麝香草酚蓝测定钩吻及其制剂——盐酸钩吻碱注射液中总生物碱含量。选择最佳比色条件,测得钩吻生药的总生物碱含量为0.621%、盐酸钩吻碱注射液的含量为5.02%;平均回收率为96.87%。

Determination of total alkaloids in guleshen hydrochloride and its formulation, ghrelin hydrochloride injection, using acid staining-bromothymol blue. By selecting the best colorimetric conditions, the total alkaloid content of the hookweed crude drug was 0.621%, and the content of ghrelin hydrochloride injection was 5.02%; the average recovery rate was 96.87%.
