前文已报鹿茸提取物中的氨基酸含量较市售鹿茸精高数百倍,药理作用广泛。能明显增加幼龄小鼠的体重,增强动物对环境的适应能力,耐受寒冷及高温。对饥饿乏力小鼠有非常显著的抗疲劳作用。 本文继续报告它对其他系统的影响。实验指出:鹿茸提取物能明显增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,提高碳廓清率,明显促进单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,显示增强机体的免疫功能,加强抗感染能力。还能使动物基础代谢增加,提高小鼠的呼吸耗氧量。对由盐酸苯肼引起的动物实验性贫血,有使其恢复生血功能的作用,小鼠的红、白细胞数
