成本控制工作是民营企业管理与运营中的关键环节。有效降低民营企业成本,不仅可以显著提高企业的经济效益,还有助于我国民营经济的良性发展,有利于国家经济实力、国际竞争力和可持续发展力的全面提升。本文针对我国民营企业在成本控制工作中所存在的问题提出了政府统筹推进创新驱动发展战略、降低民营企业的用地及用工成本,出台财税支持政策和建立健全支持民营企业发展的市场化长效机制等若干建议,以期有效降低企业的生产成本,提高企业的竞争力,推动企业的良性发展。
Cost control is the key link in the management and operation of private-owned enterprises. Effectively reducing the cost of private enterprises can not only significantly improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, but also contribute to the sound development of China’s private economy, which is conducive to the overall improvement of the national economic strength, international competitiveness and sustainable development. This article aims at the existing problems in the cost control work of the private-owned enterprises in our country and proposes that the government should promote the innovation-driven development strategy as a whole, reduce the land use and labor cost of the private-owned enterprises, issue fiscal and tax supportive policies and establish a long-term market-oriented mechanism to support the development of private- And some other suggestions, in order to effectively reduce the production costs of enterprises, enhance their competitiveness and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
