苏云金杆菌血清型H-14和球形芽孢杆菌是两种比较有效地控制蚊幼虫生长的生物杀虫剂,其杀幼虫的活性随菌株和蚊种的不同而有所变化,而温度是对其杀幼虫活性有影响较重要的因素之一。本文比较了这两种生物杀虫剂对库态按蚊、斯氏按蚊、致倦库蚊和埃及伊蚊四种蚊幼虫的毒杀作用,研究了温度对其毒杀作用的影响。
Bacillus thuringiensis serotype H-14 and Bacillus sphaericus are two kinds of biological insecticides which are more effective in controlling the growth of mosquito larvae. The activity of killing larvae varies with strains and mosquito species, and the temperature is the target of killing One of the more important factors affecting larval activity. In this paper, we compared the toxic effects of these two biocides on four mosquito species, Anopheles stephensi, Anopheles stephensi, Culex quinquefasciatus and Aedes aegypti, and studied the effect of temperature on their toxic effects.
