作者对63例经手术确诊为耳硬化症患者进行骨胳矿物质含量测定,其中男28例,女35例,年龄介于21—68岁,全部患者肾功能正常,无骨胳系统及胃肠道疾患。用光度吸收比色计(photon absorptrometry)及钙、磷生化参数阐明耳硬化症患者骨胳矿物质含量及血清钙、磷浓度,并选择206名相应性别年龄的正常人为对照。血清钙浓度耳硬化症组平均值为9.5 mg/100 ml,正常范围为9.0—10.6 mg/100 ml;磷平均值为3.2 mg/100 ml,正常范围为2.7—4.7 mg/100 ml。测定结果钙及磷均在正常范围内。前臂骨矿物质
