作者报道了NYU医学中心1990～1995年18例儿童浸润性脑干胶质瘤。其中8例曾手术并有病理证实。5例为未分化星形细胞瘤,2例为胶质母细胞瘤,1例为未分化节神经胶质瘤。16例位于桥脑,2例位于延髓。9例有脑积水征。18例并用超分割放射治疗与碳铂治疗。放射治疗方法为一日二次,间隔时间为6～8h分次量1Gy,总量72Gy。放射体积包括MRI T_2图像上不正常区域及其2cm周
The authors reported 18 cases of infiltrating brain stem gliomas in NYU Medical Center from 1990 to 1995. Eight of them had surgery and confirmed by pathology. 5 were undifferentiated astrocytoma, 2 were glioblastoma, and 1 was undifferentiated glioma. Sixteen were located in the pons and two in the medulla oblongata. 9 cases of hydrocephalus sign. Eighteen patients were treated with hyperfractionated radiotherapy and carboplatin. Radiation therapy method for the second day, interval time 6 ~ 8h sub-1Gy, total 72Gy. The radiological volume includes an abnormal area on the MRI T 2 image and its 2 cm circumference
