目的 本文观察了给予 3α-雄烷二醇 (3α- diol)后 ,性腺功能低下 (hpg)小鼠的前列腺、附睾和精囊腺生长变化。方法 用硅胶囊皮下埋植缓释给药 ,连续 5周 ;设缓释给药 hpg小鼠实验组 (n=7)、不给药 hpg小鼠对照组 (n=7)和正常性腺功能小鼠对照组 (n=10 )。给药结束后测定各附性腺的重量及前列腺腺管末梢的数目。结果 与 hpg小鼠对照组相比 ,hpg小鼠给药实验组各附性腺的重量均明显增加 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,前列腺腺管形态发育趋于正常 ;但各附性腺的重量及前列腺腺管末梢数目仍低于正常性腺功能小鼠对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 3α- diol能明显刺激 hpg小鼠附性腺生长、发育
OBJECTIVE: To observe the growth of prostate, epididymis and seminal vesicle in hypogonadal (hpg) mice after administration of 3α-androstanediol (3α-diol). Methods Silicone capsules were implanted subcutaneously in rats for 5 consecutive weeks. The mice in experimental group (n = 7), hpg mice in control group (n = 7) and normal gonadal function Mice control group (n = 10). After the end of administration, the weight of each accessory gland and the number of prostatic ducts were measured. Results Compared with hpg mouse control group, the weight of each gland attached to hpg mice significantly increased (P <0.01) and the morphology of prostate gland became normal. However, the weight of each accessory gland And the number of prostatic ductal endings were still lower than those of normal gonadal mice (P <0. 001). Conclusions 3α-diol can obviously stimulate gpg mouse gonadal growth and development
