第二届中国辣文化美食节即将在2008南昌金秋经贸月上举办,此举目的之一是为了向全国推广赣菜文化品牌。南昌餐饮,作为赣菜的重要阵地,肩负着赣菜走向全国的重任。但长期以来,南昌餐饮与赣菜却形成一道悖论:南昌餐饮业的发达程度在全国知名,但赣菜在全国却显得有些寂寂无声,走出南昌的赣菜店也寥寥无几,中国食文化研究会副主任季建学说这不利于赣菜品牌的塑造。新形势下,赣菜如何真正走向全国,值得人们关注。
