以传统榫齿铣床为对象,在对其工作方式及控制方法进行研究,分析其控制方式对加工效率的影响,采用三菱PLC控制取代传统榫齿铣床的人工控制,对传统的榫齿铣床进行改造。依据PLC自动控制的原理,通过对专用榫齿铣系统的分析设计,确定主控制器为三菱FX1N-24MR-001,基于GX works2软件,编程采用顺序功能图SFC,设计思路为顺序控制,通过对传统榫齿铣的改造,论证PLC自动控制在专用榫齿铣电气控制系统的可行性。
The traditional milling machine is taken as an object, the working methods and control methods are studied, the influence of the control methods on the processing efficiency is analyzed, and the Mitsubishi PLC control is adopted to replace the manual control of the traditional milling machine. The traditional milling machine is modified . According to the principle of PLC automatic control, through the analysis and design of the special tenon milling system, the main controller is determined to be Mitsubishi FX1N-24MR-001. Based on the GX works2 software, the sequential function chart SFC is programmed and the design idea is sequence control. The traditional dowel milling transformation, demonstrated PLC automatic control in the special ten-tooth milling electrical control system feasibility.
