中国有选择的地区发展政策优先发展了沿海地区。与新古典经济学的增长理论不符的是,中国地区发展的不平衡并没有随发展逐渐减少,而在不断扩大。
China has chosen the development of regional policies to give priority to the development of coastal areas. What is incompatible with the theory of neoclassical economic growth is that the imbalance in the development of China has not diminished gradually but steadily expanded.
