目的：观察泰素加异环磷酰胺联合化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法：１９９５年１１月至１９９８年４月．用泰素加异环磷酰胺方案治疗２９例晚期非小细胞肺病（ＮＳＣＬＣ）。结果：完全缓解２例，部分缓解１１例，总有效率４６％；中位生存时间８．５个月。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制及关节或肌肉病。结论：泰素加异环磷酰胺联合方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效，不良反应可以耐受。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy of paclitaxel plus ifosfamide combined with chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Method: November 1995 to April 1998. 29 patients with advanced non-small cell lung disease (NSCLC) were treated with the Taxol plus ifosfamide protocol. Results: Complete remission in 2 cases, partial remission in 11 cases, total effective rate 46%; median survival time 8.5 months. The main toxicities are myelosuppression and joint or muscle disease. Conclusion: The combination of Taxol and Ifosfamide has good curative effect on advanced non-small cell lung cancer, and the adverse reactions can be tolerated.
