目的 探讨肥胖体型飞行员血脂及脂质过氧化特点。方法 测定20名肥胖飞行员血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)、红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)以及极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL-C)的含量,并与40名非肥胖飞行员作比较。结果 肥胖飞行员LPO、TC和VLDL-C的含量明显高于非肥胖飞行员(P<0.05);TG和LDL-C明显增高(P<0.01);而SOD及HDL-C两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 肥胖飞行员脂质代谢障碍与过氧化脂质增高同存。脂质过氧化增强,自由基增多,是导致心脑血管疾患的危险因素之一。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of lipid profile and lipid peroxidation in obese type pilots. Methods Plasma lipid peroxidation (LPO), erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD), serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) Density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL-C) were measured and compared to 40 non-obese pilots. Results The levels of LPO, TC and VLDL-C in obese pilots were significantly higher than those in non-obese pilots (P <0.05), TG and LDL-C were significantly increased (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference between SOD and HDL-C P> 0.05). Conclusion Obese pilots have lipid metabolism disorders with hyperlipidemia. Increased lipid peroxidation, free radicals, is one of the risk factors leading to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
