目的:探讨近几年来院前急救护士职业危害及防护措施的进展状况。方法:分析影响院前急救护士职业危害的因素,并提出相应的防护措施。结果和结论:环境因素、物理因素、化学因素、生物因素和社会心理因素五大方面影响了院前急救护士的身心健康,应加强院前急救护士职业防护的知识教育,使其学会如何趋利避害,从而更好的服务于院前急救的病人。
Objective: To explore the status of occupational hazards and protective measures of pre-hospital emergency nurses in recent years. Methods: Analyze the factors that affect the occupational hazards of pre-hospital emergency nurses and propose corresponding protective measures. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Environmental factors, physical factors, chemical factors, biological factors and social psychological factors affect the physical and mental health of pre-hospital emergency nurses. Knowledge education should be strengthened to protect occupational safety of pre-hospital emergency nurses so that they can learn how to avoid risks Harm, so as to better serve the hospital first aid patients.
