φ机能矿用三位四通滑阀,是适应地下矿山机械的需要而研制的,它已应用在几种蟹爪装载机的液压系统中。为适应地下遂道狭窄的工程条件,尽量减小蟹爪装载机履带的转弯半径,需使两个履带同时转动。即一个正转一个反转。在2×280型和LB80型蟹爪装载机的履带控制回路中,采用了两个φ机能滑阀,并用一个手柄控制,组成一个独立的支回路(见图)。其中转阀控制机器的前进和后退,两个φ机能阀控制机器的转弯,以使C、D、E、F四个离合器按预定要求进行工作。φ机能滑阀在中位时,油路全通。其动作原理如下:
