脑动脉瘤引起的蛛网膜下腔出血合并脑血管痉挛比较常见,但由脑动静脉畸形引起的蛛网膜下腔出血合并脑血管痉挛甚少,现将我科所见1例报告如下。女性,30岁,住院号266182。患者于1983年10月25日晚与爱人生气哭后,突然抽搐,牙关紧闭,四肢抽动,有尿失禁,呕吐胃内容,反复发作数次,人事不省,四小时后抽搐停止,意识不清,于27日来我院。既往无头痛、癫痫病史。检查:体温
