研究表明,目前成批生产的螺旋工作机构,其损坏大都与截齿齿座的脱落有关(占故障总数的17—60%)。在很多情况下,特别是开采复杂构造的煤层时,齿座脱落的故障实际上是工作机构故障的唯一形式。这些故障最严重地影响着采煤机的工作。因为当齿座脱落时破坏了工作机构的受力平衡。受力平衡的破坏将引起截割煤体过程动荷的增加,当不能及时更换螺旋工作机构时,好多情况下这将成为采煤机传动部件故障的原因。在这方面,А.А.斯卡钦斯基研究所和国立煤矿机械设计院已经进行了研究,其目的是揭示当采落煤体时在齿座与螺旋体连
