本文概述了风冷柴油机传热过程的特点及热负荷的评定方法。对建立计算风冷柴油机气缸套温度场和热流分布的边界条件,进行了实际和理论上的探讨,提出了以工作过程为基础,用变区间积分方法计算沿气缸套高度燃气放热系数分布规律,并建立了相应的经验公式。按此方法所获得的温度计算值和实测值相比,误差在工程允许范围之内。文中所论及的研究方法和初步结果可为风冷柴油机热负荷预测提供依据。
This paper summarizes the characteristics of the heat transfer process of air-cooled diesel engine and the evaluation method of heat load. The boundary conditions for calculating the temperature field and heat flow distribution of air-cooled diesel engine cylinder liner were discussed in practice and theoretically. The distribution law of gas heat release coefficient along the cylinder liner height was calculated by using the variable interval method based on the working process , And established the corresponding empirical formula. According to this method, the calculated temperature and measured values compared to the error within the project allowable range. The research methods and preliminary results discussed in this paper can provide the basis for predicting the thermal load of the air-cooled diesel engine.
