马钱子甙(loganin)是从植物马钱(Strychnos nux-vomica)果实中提取的一种环烯醚萜甙,早期研究表明马钱子甙具有保肝作用。本篇通过对离体大鼠肝细胞和在体胆汁流量方面的实验,研究了马钱子甙对半乳糖胺所致肝损伤的保护作用。
Loganin is an iridoid extracted from the fruit of the plant Strychnos nux-vomica. Early studies showed that it has a hepatoprotective effect. In this article, we examined the protective effect of brevicornus on liver damage induced by galactosamine in experiments on isolated rat hepatocytes and in vivo bile flow.
