新闻工作者应该具有想象力,新闻工作需要想象,但新闻作品不能有想象的成分。记者对得来的材料是要经过自己大脑的加工、消化,但这是表现在对事实本身所具有的新闻价值大小的判断、材料的取舍、着重点的选择上。既然要“准确地再现”事实真相,就应忠于事实,按照事物的本来面目进行写作,将零星的材料合理组织,构成一个完整的形象;这个形象是原本就存在的,新闻作品只是将其再现,而不是想象出的新形象。
Journalists should have imagination, journalism needs imagination, but news works can not have imaginary elements. Journalists’ access to the materials is to go through the processing and digestion of their own brains, but this is manifested in judgments on the value of the news itself, the choice of materials and the choice of priorities. If we want to “accurately reproduce” the truth, we should be true to facts, write according to the true nature of things, organize the scattered materials rationally to form a complete image. This image is original and the news works merely reproduce it , Rather than imagine the new image.
