7月1日至2日,邮政企业人力资源管理国际研讨会在古城西安举行,来自美国、澳大利亚、荷兰、新加坡等国家的邮政人力资源专家、中国邮政集团公司及部分直属单位、各省(区、市)邮政公司的72名代表参加了会议。研讨会上,美国、澳大利亚、荷兰、新加坡邮政人力资源专家分别就本国邮政人力资源管理情况作了介绍,并和与会者进行了互动交流。从世界邮政发展改革的角度看,中国邮政人力资源管理水平与一些已推进邮政改革的国家邮政相比还有一定的差距,管理的精细化水平还有待进一步提高。因此,此次国际研讨会的目的就是通过交流,借鉴各国邮政的先进做法,建立适应现代企业制度要求、符合中国邮政特点的人力资源管理体系,进一步提升中国邮政的人力资源管理水平,增强邮政发展的核心竞争力。本刊特摘编四国代表发言中有关薪酬管理的内容,供读者参考。
