地质工作实行项目管理,就是要使地质项目成为地质队实行计划管理、经济核算、组织施工和考核地质成果的基本对象。使项目管理成为整个地质工作管理体制中的主导和核心,本文就项目管理的定义:保证重点、量力而行,注意效益,缩短周期的管理原则;运用系统工程分析和网格手段确定地质项目以及按地质工作认识阶段区别拨款形式等问题进行了探讨。文中最后指出实行地质工作按项目管理的有利因素最终将推动整个地质行业的改革。
