铁道部上海物资办事处于1982年9月6日至8日在青岛四方工厂召开一年一度的华东地区两屑炼钢经验交流会。参加会议的有华东地区三个铁路局(济南局、上海局、南昌局)、五个机车工厂(四方、浦镇、铜陵、济南、戚墅堰)以及铁道部物资局、第四工程局(新建路线)的有关人员,还有铁道部华东、华北地区办事处领导同志和国家物资局金属回收局、华东金属回收管理处的负责同志等共30多人。会上各车辆工厂介绍了利用双屑炼钢的情况。
Shanghai Materials Office of the Ministry of Railways held the annual two-chip steelmaking experience exchange meeting in East China from September 6 to August 8, 1982 in Qingdao Sifang Plant.
