目的:探讨可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶(sGC)在大鼠细支气管上的分布情况及低氧高二氧化碳对其表达的影响。方法:用免疫组织化学法检测细支气管sGC的定位表达。结果:sGC在正常大鼠细支气管、终末支气管及呼吸性支气管平滑肌上呈不同强度的阳性表达。细支气管平滑肌细胞的sGC在低氧高二氧化碳组中的表达与对照组相比明显降低,差异具显著性(P<0.01)。低氧高二氧化碳组及对照组各级气管上皮细胞皆无sGC阳性表达。结论:低氧高二氧化碳削弱大鼠细支气管平滑肌sGC的表达。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) in rat bronchioles and the effect of hypoglycemic hypercapnia on its expression. Methods: The localization of sGC in bronchioles was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of sGC in the normal rat bronchioles, terminal bronchial and respiratory bronchial smooth muscle showed different intensity of positive expression. The expression of sGC in bronchiole smooth muscle cells in hypoxic hypercapnic group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). There was no positive expression of sGC in tracheal epithelial cells of hypoxic-hypercapnic group and control group. Conclusion: Hypoxia and hypercapnia attenuate the sGC expression in rat bronchiole smooth muscle cells.
