四川射洪县金华山有座小庙,名曰“臭寺”。寺里有块石头,得到清朝袁霖的咏赞:“敲石得乐声,煮石得其味,哪见击石出臭气?不信将石砥,臭即随手起。遗臭千年存,谁知万端委?”意思是说:有块石头,敲之有乐声,击之有臭气,虽经几千年,谁解其奥妙? 这块臭石,说来话长。明嘉靖年间,射洪籍人杨景在云南做副使,有年回家省亲,差人不远千里从云南曲靖运回一件礼物。人们原以为是贵宝,解开裹绸一看,竟是块其貌不扬的普通顽石。杨副使告之乡人说:“这块奇石,奇在用
