新的时代背景下,选树培养先进典型是社区做好党建工作和加强队伍建设一项基础性的工作;只有充分发挥先进典型的示范引导作用,才能保证社区党建工作的顺利开展。发扬新时期煤炭工人精神,树立工人无私奉献的美好形象,做好企业目标和党建目标的宣传,是社区做好一切工作的基本前提。在不断地实践中我们了解到,典型内涵挖掘过浅、宣传力度不够、日常培养缺少、示范作用较弱等因素,导致了典型不达标、不成型、难以发挥作用,收不到理想的效果。本文作者经过深入调查研究,分析影响和制约典型发展的主要问题,总结了社区选树和培育先进典型工作的一些认识和体会。
Under the new background of the times, selecting advanced models of tree selection is a basic task for the community to do a good job in party building and team building. Only by giving full play to the exemplary and guiding role of advanced models can we ensure the smooth development of party building in the community. Carrying forward the spirit of the coal workers in the new era, setting a good image of workers’ selfless dedication, and doing a good job of publicizing the goals of the party and the goals of the party building are the basic prerequisites for the community to do a good job of all its work. In constant practice, we learned that the typical connotation is too shallow, the propaganda is not enough, the lack of daily training, the weak demonstration effect and other factors, leading to the typical non-compliance, non-forming, difficult to play a role, can not receive the desired effect. After in-depth investigation and study, the author analyzes the major problems that affect and constrain the typical development and summarizes some of the ideas and experiences gained from community-based tree selection and nurturing advanced typical work.
