目的:研究白花蛇舌草氯仿部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和薄层色谱对白花蛇舌草氯仿部位化合物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从白花蛇舌草氯仿部位中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为2-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(1)、2-羟基-1-甲氧基-3-甲基蒽醌(2)、2-羟基-1-甲氧基蒽醌(3)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(4)、甲基异茜草素(5)、熊果酸(6)、耳草酮B(7)、莨菪亭(8)、2,6-二羟基-3-甲基-4-甲氧基蒽醌(9)、2-羟基-3-羟甲基蒽醌(10)、正十六烷(11)。结论:化合物4、7、10、11为首次从白花蛇舌草植物中分离得到,本研究为白花蛇舌草质量评价奠定了一定基础。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the chloroform fraction of Hedyotis diffusa. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and TLC. The compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from the chloroform fraction of Hedyotis diffusa. The compounds were identified as 2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone (1), 2-hydroxy-1-methoxy-3-methylanthraquinone 2, 2-hydroxy-1-methoxyanthraquinone (3), dibutyl phthalate (4), methylhomopsin (5), ursolic acid 7), scopoletin (8), 2,6-dihydroxy-3-methyl-4-methoxyanthraquinone (9), 2-hydroxy-3-hydroxymethylanthraquinone Alkane (11). Conclusion: Compounds 4, 7, 10 and 11 were isolated from Hedyotis diffusa for the first time. This study laid a foundation for the quality evaluation of Hedyotis diffusa.
