今年是朝鲜战争停战六十周年。按照中国传统的说法,六十年是一甲子,意味着回到原点,重新开始。1950年,在新生的共和国尚未满周岁时,就面临着是否要出兵朝鲜参战的艰难选择。国家刚刚建立,百废待兴,却要与世界上最强大的武装集团武力对抗,但战争已经到了家门口,中国终于在共和国周岁的时候选择了出兵。
This year marks the 60th anniversary of the cease-fire in the Korean War. According to Chinese tradition, 60 years is a ghost, which means returning to the original point and starting over again. In 1950, when the nascent republic was under the age of one, it faced the difficult choice of whether or not to send troops to North Korea to enter the war. The state has just been established and it has no alternative but to fight the opposition, but it must confront the armed forces of the world’s most powerful armed group. However, the war has reached its doorstep. China finally chose to send troops when the Republic was one year old.
