人力资源外包是当前业务外包的一种形式,有助于中小企业强化核心能力,提高核心竞争力。本文论述了人力资源外包的动因,认为人力资源外包是中小企业主动选择和被动适应的结果,分析了人力资源外包的类型,并阐述了人力资源外包中的风险和实施过程。
Human resource outsourcing is a form of current business outsourcing, which helps SMEs strengthen their core capabilities and enhance their core competitiveness. This paper discusses the motivation of human resource outsourcing. It considers human resource outsourcing as the result of initiative selection and passive adaptation of small and medium-sized enterprises. It analyzes the types of human resource outsourcing and expounds the risks and implementation process of human resource outsourcing.
