苏合香树(Liquidambar orientalis Mill)为金缕梅科枫香属木本植物,为一重要的进口药材品种。为了改变这种状况,变进口药材国产化,作者对我国引种的苏合香树进行了组织培养和快速繁殖的研究,以便为苏合香的国产化生产提供一条可资参考的新途径。前文曾对我国引种苏合香树及肢中主要有效成份进行过定性定量分析。本文主要报道苏合香树组织培养及快速繁苗的阶段性工作。
Liquidambar orientalis Mill is an important woody plant belonging to the genus Hamamelis, which is an important imported medicinal material. In order to change this situation and to change the localization of imported medicinal herbs, the author conducted a study on the tissue culture and rapid propagation of the introduced Solanum morifolium in China, so as to provide a new reference for the localization of Solanum melon. Earlier, we introduced the introduction of the main constituents of Acacia and limbs in our country through qualitative and quantitative analysis. This article mainly reports the tissue culture of Sophora japonica and the rapid propagation of seedlings stage work.
