未成年人社会调查有利于司法机关全面掌握未成年人成长经历、犯罪原因、监护教育等情况,对司法机关分析未成年人犯罪成因、正确适用法律,对涉罪未成年人作出不同处理提供了重要参考。然而,未成年人社会调查实践过程中出现的调查主体不统一、调查程序启动过晚、相关机构对未成年人合法权益侵害等问题严重影响了社会调查工作的普遍开展。因此,有必要对相关问题进行分析、梳理,探讨解决途径。
