我厂在C41-250型空气锤大修过程中,由于工作缸和压缩缸内孔径拉伤磨损严重,经镗削加工消除了几何形状误差之后,工作缸内径增大了2毫米,压缩缸内径增大了1毫米。我们对活塞杆、锤杆活塞、压缩缸盖及活塞导程等有关配合零件,采用金属涂镀,振动堆焊及粘结等新工艺分别进行了修复。经过近三年来的使用证明,不仅修复的零件工作性能良好,而且修理周期短,费用低,经济效益十分显著。
