富力地产首个大型商用地产项目——富力·儿童世界已于今年11月29日开始正式发售。富力·儿童世界为富力地产打出的第一张商用项目的皇牌。从11初该项目内部认购之日起,已经倍受各大商家的关注,招商热线响个不停,每天都接到来自全国各地的资询电话数十个,该商城预计在明年年初(3月28日)试业。本次富力·儿童世界首期推出28套临街铺位,售价从28000元/m~2至 68000元/m~2不等。今年12月初,富力·儿童世界450套单位将开始全面招租。
