师徒相授是传统中国文化传承与发展的主要方式之一,它具有不可替代的作用。随着时代的更替,西方教育思想的涌入与融合,21世纪,西方学院教育逐步在中国迅速发展,各地纷纷组建高等教育学校,学院教育替代师徒制教育而成为中国画传承的主要方式。两种方法在当下时代各有优劣,学院教学符合时代的要求,师徒制符合传统中国画的传承方式,如何吸收与平衡两种教学方式关系到中国画在当下的发展道路。
It is one of the main ways for the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese culture that the mentoring is imparted, and it plays an irreplaceable role. With the change of times and the influx and integration of western educational thoughts, in the 21st century, the education of western colleges and universities gradually develops rapidly in China. Universities and colleges all over the world have set up higher education schools one by one, and college education has become the main method of Chinese painting inheritance instead of mentoring education. The two methods have their advantages and disadvantages in the current era, college teaching meets the requirements of the times, mentoring system in line with traditional Chinese painting method of inheritance, how to absorb and balance the two teaching methods related to the development of Chinese painting in the present.
