目的：探讨风险管理在NICU使用呼吸机患者中的实施效果。方法根据护理风险管理方法程序，找出呼吸机护理中常见的风险种类，制定护理对策及标准。比较实施风险管理前后常见风险种类的发生情况。结果实施风险管理后堵塞、脱出、气管损伤、肺气压伤、通气不足或通气过度、肺部感染的发生情况低于风险管理实施前，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论风险管理方法在呼吸机护理中是非常重要的，可确保NICU使用呼吸机患者的安全，提高护理质量及病人满意度。“,”Purpose To explore the effect of risk management on the ventilator patients in NICU. Method According to Nursing risk management program, we identified the common types of risks in the ventilator care and formulated Nursing strategy and standard. Then, we compared the occurrences before and after implementation of risk management . Result After the implementation of risk management, the incidences of clogged or prolapsed of the ventilator, tracheal injury,pulmonary barotraumas,Pulmonary Insufficiency or Hypoventilation, and Pulmonary infection were lower than before.(P <0.05) Consult:The risk management program was very important in the ventilator care, which could ensure the safety of the ventilator patients in the NICU, improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
