葡甲胺环腺苷酸(meglumine cyclic adenylate,MCA)。具有舒张血管,降低血压,加强整体麻醉犬心脏收缩性能的作用;对整体动物、离体兔心房、窦房结细胞的负性变时作用;对抗肾上腺素、CaCl_2诱发实验性心律失常的作用(未发表资料)。本文用离体兔右心房作标本,以其自发搏动频率为指标,观察MCA对异丙肾上腺素(Iso),CaCl_2和阿托品(Atr)所致正性变时作用的影响,并与普萘洛尔(Pro)维拉帕米(Ver)进行比较,以探讨MCA负性变时作用的机理。
Meglumine cyclic adenylate (MCA). With the relaxation of blood vessels, lower blood pressure and enhance the general anesthetic dogs systolic performance; on the whole animal, isolated rabbit atrial and sinus node cells negative variable role; anti-adrenergic, CaCl2-induced experimental arrhythmia ( Unpublished data). In this study, the right atrial in vitro rabbit as a specimen, its spontaneous beating frequency as an indicator to observe the effects of MCA on the isoproterenol (Iso), CaCl 2 and atropine (Atr) -induced change in time, and with propranolol (Pro) verapamil (Ver) were compared to explore the role of MCA mechanism of negative change.
