大意每当设计一个灌区时必须考虑到保持土壤水分平衡的这个基本原则。在规划灌区中,对多年雨量记录,(20年以上资科)与相应的底土水深观测资料,必须详细审察。要是认为由于这个原因而引起底土水分的增加,则使灌区从渠道的引水量大约加大25%-40%(理论值是49%,但有10%~25%不能直接从土壤中吸出)这部分水量可以通过管井抽出供灌溉利用。
The general idea that every time an irrigation district is designed must take into account the basic principle of maintaining soil moisture balance. In planning irrigation areas, records of years of rainfall, (more than 20 years of information science) and corresponding subsoil water depth observation data must be examined in detail. If it is considered that an increase of subsoil water is caused by this reason, the water diversion from the canal will be increased by about 25% -40% (theoretical value is 49%, but 10% -25% can not be aspirated directly from the soil). Some of the water can be extracted through pipe wells for irrigation.
