遵照毛主席关于“农业的根本出路在于机械化”的伟大教导,为了实现全国农业学大寨会议提出的八○年基本实现农业机械化的宏伟目标,并根据营口市稻区生产发展的需要,我所农业、农机人员配合,继续在旭东基点开展水田系列化机具试制、试验、推广以及适应于机械系列化的水稻栽培技术的研究。基点实行了领导、群众、技术人员相结合,试验、示范,生产相结合,大搞群众性科学实验。一九七六年在五灾具全,“四害”横行的情况下,旭东大队2,740亩水稻实现了机械插秧,提高了机械化程度。全年农田作业主要项目以十二项计算,几年来通过引、改、制、推,其中翻地、耙地、平地、中耕,脱谷、扬场已基本实现了机械化,机械插秧实现了全大队水田面积的88.4%,施肥、植保、育苗、拉运实现了部分机械化和半机械化,收割与毛渠清淤做了试验,机械化程度由一九七五年的56%增长到65%,并研究总结了与机械化相适应的水稻高产栽培技术。本刊自本期起,将陆续选择介绍。
