随着我国高等院校教育教学过程信息化的不断深化,数据化管理作为涉及互联网技术和计算机技术的综合性管理工作模式,是信息技术在高等院校管理信息化过程中的典型应用。高校应用数据化管理对于全面地提升高校的学生档案管理工作,提高工作人员的工作效率和工作精度有着十分明显的效果。此外通过实现数据化管理,对于提升高校的内部控制保障高校的档案信息安全,并达成对高校相关工作的持续性改进有着十分重要的作用。
