目的建立水果中甲霜灵和氯噻啉的固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱测定法。方法以乙酸乙酯-环己烷(V∶V=1∶1)为提取溶剂,以超声波法提取水果中的甲霜灵和氯噻啉,经固相萃取净化,采用液相色谱法测定。液相色谱检测波长为230 nm,流动相为乙腈-水(体积比为60∶40),流量0.8 ml/min,进样量20μl。结果甲霜灵和氯噻啉线性范围分别为1.0×10-6~1.0×10-2g/m(l r=0.999 0)和1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4g/m(l r=0.999 8),平均回收率分别为97.94%~99.95%和97.98%~100.43%,检出限分别为2.56×10-5和3.43×10-4μg/g,RSD分别为2.07%和2.87%。结论该方法操作简便快速,可作为水果中甲霜灵和氯噻啉含量的检测。
Objective To establish a solid-phase extraction-RP-HPLC method for the determination of metalaxyl and chlorpromazine in fruits. Methods Metalaxyl and chlorpromazine were extracted by ultrasonic method with ethyl acetate - cyclohexane (V: V = 1: 1) as the extraction solvent and purified by solid - phase extraction and determined by liquid chromatography. The detection wavelength of liquid chromatography was 230 nm. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (volume ratio of 60:40), the flow rate was 0.8 ml / min and the injection volume was 20μl. Results The linear ranges of metalaxyl and chlorothiazine were 1.0 × 10-6 ~ 1.0 × 10-2g / m (lr = 0.999 0) and 1.0 × 10-6 ~ 1.0 × 10-4g / m (lr = 0.999 8 ). The average recoveries were 97.94% -99.95% and 97.98% -100.43%, respectively. The detection limits were 2.56 × 10-5 and 3.43 × 10-4 μg / g, respectively. The RSDs were 2.07% and 2.87%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid in operation and can be used as the detection of metalaxyl and chlorpromazine in fruits.
