本文通过理论研究和计算,分析了砂轮半径对锥面包络圆柱蜗杆齿形的影响,进而对用加工锥面包络圆往蜗杆的方法近似加工法向直齿廓圆柱蜗杆和渐开线圆柱蜗杆进行了探讨。
In this paper, the influence of grinding wheel radius on the profile of conical enveloping cylindrical worm is analyzed through theoretical research and calculation. Then, the method of machining conical enveloping cylindrical worm and involute cylindrical Worm has been explored.
