中华人民共和国政府和緬甸联邦政府,为了加强兩国間的电信联系,便利兩国間經济和文化关系的發展,經由各自授权的本国电信主管机关,議定下列各条: 第一章总則第一条一、締約双方同意在中华人民共和国和緬甸联邦間建立上海和仰光間直达无线电报电路,开放公众業务。二、締約双方在必要时,可以用換函方式协議建立其他直达电报电路或变更上述电报电路。
The Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Burmese Federal Government, in order to strengthen the telecommunication connection between the two countries and facilitate the development of economic and cultural relations between the two countries, agree the following articles through their respective authorized domestic telecommunication authorities: Chapter I General Provisions No. 1 Article 1 The Contracting Parties agree to establish a direct radio circuit between Shanghai and Yangon and to open up public business between the People’s Republic of China and the Union of Myanmar. 2. If necessary, both contracting parties may establish other direct telegraph circuits or alter the above telegraph circuits by means of exchange of letters.
