针对HG— 10 2 1/ 18.2 -YM8型锅炉存在的热偏差问题 ,结合不同工况下锅炉运行数据和管壁温度记录 ,分析了各级受热面热偏差现象产生的主要原因为吸热量不均和流量分配不均 ,并指出超温管子的位置和运行中危险的部分。
According to the thermal deviation existing in HG-10 2 1 / 18.2 -YM8 boiler, combined with the operating data and wall temperature records of boiler under different operating conditions, the main causes of the thermal deviation of heating surface at all levels are analyzed. Both are unevenly distributed with the flow rate and point out the location of the overheated pipe and the dangerous part of the operation.
