新产品开发的任务分配是新产品开发效率的关键。产品开发流程源自其产品内在的性质。通过对产品开发流程的分析,首先研究任务划分所应遵循的原则,将开发过程分解,得到粒度适中且便于管理的子任务;再依据任务分组原则建立相应的评价机制,利用遗传算法的模型模拟得到若干任务组;然后对任务组的关键度和产品开发小组的综合能力进行耦合机制分析,按照分析结果将任务组分配给相匹配的产品开发小组;最后结合减速机的实例验证该方法的可操作性。
