KB-100可编程序控制器是我所近年来研制的一种准计算机式的新型控制器。它不但具有较强的判断分析能力,也具有简单的数字量比较和计算能力。适用于除开关量逻辑顺序控制以外,还需进行一定的数字量运算控制的场合。本文主要介绍这一控制器的特性、工作原理及采用语句形式的编程方法。并结合KB-100可编程序控制器在北京汽车制造厂自动化立体仓库中的应用,概括地介绍了该仓库控制系统的组织、工艺和程序流程。最后讨论了几点现场调试中遇到的问题及体会。
KB-100 programmable logic controller is developed in recent years, a quasi-computer-based new controller. It not only has a strong ability to judge, but also has a simple digital comparison and computing power. It is suitable for the occasions where certain digital operation control is needed in addition to the logic order control of the switch. This article describes the characteristics of this controller, working principle and the use of statements in the form of programming. Combined with the application of KB-100 programmable logic controller in automated warehouse of Beijing Automotive Plant, the organization, process and program flow of the warehouse control system are briefly introduced. Finally, I discussed some problems encountered in on-site debugging and experience.
