一、引言主轴通料孔的大小是机床功能的重要指标之一,国外客户对此特别注意。CA6140车床原主轴通料孔直径为48mm,现各生产厂家大多根据客户的要求扩大为52mm或56mm。但这仍不能满足有些客户的要求,如泰、美等外商提出的主轴孔要求能通过三英时(76.2mm)棒料,即80mm。本文介绍一较为经济合理又切实可行的设计方案。二、设计的先决条件及难点通料孔径由48mm扩大至80mm后,由于主轴外径必须大幅度增粗,除了主轴要重新设计外,与主轴相关的零件象车头箱体等也要重新设计。工艺安排与制造生产中必须考
