在体育教学中合理安排游戏活动,能提高课堂教学效果。选择和运用游戏,应注意以下五点: 一、游戏选材要合理 选择游戏应注意从学生的身心特点和教学内容的情况出发。准备部分选择的游戏要考虑“集中注意力”和“学生热身”两方面的要求,又要考虑基本教材的性质与技术结构。如基本教材是站立式起跑与弯道跑,就可选择跑双圈换位的游戏。这样既有助于掌握站立式起跑技术,又有助于体会弯道跑技术,缓解练习疲劳,使学生保持良好体能状态掌握技术。 二、游戏的组织教法要科学
