我国目前对于人才档案的管理水平还比较低,而且管理理念也过于陈旧。管理的方式方法也与如今的需求相不符,人才档案管理工作的内容太过单一。社会经济体制越来越为完善,市场竞争力也越来越为激烈,对于人力资源做到更好地调配从人才的档案入手是非常有效的路径。吸取先进档案管理理念,对我国现有的档案管理工作进行反思,加强研究的力度,是我国档案管理工作向着现代化、科学化转型。根据我国目前人才档案管理工作的实际情况出发,阐述人才档案在实施人才性战略中的改革思路,希望对相应的人才档案工作人员有所帮助,为我国人力资源的有效配置,为我国人才档案管理水平的提高作出相应的贡献。
