新余钢铁集团公司是由原新余钢铁厂、江西钢厂和铁坑矿合并而成的一个大型钢铁联合企业,同时又是普钢、特钢兼有的军工、民用结合的地方骨干钢铁企业。两厂一矿合并,安全工作按照省冶金总公司的布置,开展“三不伤害”活动为公司年度安全工作重点,确立以人为中心的指导思想,实现全员安全管理。
